Welcome to Xufengdaa. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Xufengdaa website (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from us. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By using the Site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our Site. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Product Information & Orders

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. In the event of an error, including incorrect pricing or availability, we reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders with notice to you.

Order Placement

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including due to inventory limitations, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is considered accepted only when the products are shipped and a shipping confirmation email is sent.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Method

We accept PayPal only for all purchases. Customers may complete payment by:

Adding items to the cart and checking out with PayPal; or
Clicking “Pay with PayPal” directly on the product page.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure payment system. Xufengdaa does not store or have access to your PayPal account or financial information.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total purchase amount (including applicable shipping fees and taxes, if any) to your PayPal account.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Coverage

We ship only to the United States, including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to international locations or U.S. territories.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

Shipping fees, free shipping eligibility, and estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you once the items are handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which includes but is not limited to the following terms:

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Return Process: Customers must contact customer service to receive a designated return address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by Xufengdaa for eligible returns.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account within 2–3 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing orders, including shipping and contact details.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws, and not to infringe upon the intellectual property or rights of Xufengdaa or third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product materials, is owned by Xufengdaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any Site content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xufengdaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits or delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights available to U.S. consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes involving U.S. consumers may be brought in accordance with applicable U.S. federal or state laws, including in the consumer’s state of residence or other competent U.S. courts, as permitted by law.
