Important:
Do not send products back to the original shipping address. Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be processed.

Ship the item back following the instructions provided in the RA email and retain the tracking information for reference.
4. Return Shipping & Fees

Return Processing Fee: No return processing fees will be charged.

Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs will be covered by Xufengdaa for approved returns.

Exchange Shipping Cost: Replacement items for approved exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost.
5. Refund & Exchange Processing Time

Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days after arrival at our return facility.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.

The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

Approved exchanges are processed within 2 business days after inspection.
