1. Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

✅ Returnable & Exchangeable Situations

You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong model, size, or style)

  • The product does not match the description shown on our website

  • The product is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, and you wish to return it due to a change of mind


❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to customer handling

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms

  • Return requests submitted after the return time limit


2. Return Request Time Limit

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To ensure proper handling, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    Email us at contact@xufengdaa.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Clear photos or videos (required for damaged or defective items)

  2. Request Review
    We will review your request within 2 business days.

  3. Return Authorization (RA)
    If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email with detailed instructions and a designated return address.

Important:
Do not send products back to the original shipping address. Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be processed.

  1. Return Shipment
    Ship the item back following the instructions provided in the RA email and retain the tracking information for reference.


4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Processing Fee: No return processing fees will be charged.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs will be covered by Xufengdaa for approved returns.

  • Exchange Shipping Cost: Replacement items for approved exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost.


5. Refund & Exchange Processing Time

Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days after arrival at our return facility.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.

  • The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

    • Typically 3–7 business days for PayPal or card payments


Exchanges

  • Approved exchanges are processed within 2 business days after inspection.

  • Replacement items are shipped using our standard shipping service:

    • 3–7 business days for the contiguous 48 states

    • 5–10 business days for Hawaii and Alaska


6. Disputes & Special Cases

  • If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to decline the return.

  • Customers may contact our support team if they disagree with a return decision. We are happy to review the case again.

  • Xufengdaa is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged due to failure to follow return instructions or use a trackable shipping method.
