All payments are processed through PayPal. Customers may choose one of the following options to complete their purchase:

Option 1: Add to Cart & Checkout with PayPal

Select the swim goggles you wish to purchase and click Add to Cart.
Click the Cart icon to review your selected items and order total.
Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address and contact information.
Select PayPal as the payment method and click Pay Now.
You will be redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm the payment.

Option 2: Pay with PayPal (Direct Checkout)

On the product detail page, click Pay with PayPal for a single-item purchase.
You will be redirected to PayPal to confirm your shipping address and payment details.
Complete the payment to finalize your order.

3. Payment Security

All payment transactions are handled directly by PayPal through its secure payment system.

Xufengdaa does not collect or store PayPal account details, credit card numbers, or banking information.
Payment data is protected by PayPal’s security measures during processing.

4. Payment Confirmation

After a successful PayPal payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from Xufengdaa within 1 business day. This email will include your order number and purchase details.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our customer support team for assistance.

5. Payment Issues & Refunds

Payment Issues

If your payment is unsuccessful, please ensure that:

Your PayPal account has sufficient balance or a valid linked payment method;
Your PayPal account is in good standing;
Your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account used for payment. Refund processing times depend on PayPal and typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
