This Shipping Policy is designed to provide clear details on delivery services, rates, timelines, restricted areas, and tax responsibilities for all orders placed on our website. Please review the following information carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligible & Ineligible Shipping Regions

• Contiguous 48 United States

• Hawaii

• Alaska

❌ Ineligible & Restricted Shipping Regions (Not Available for Delivery)

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

• All countries outside the United States

• U.S. territories (including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

• APO / FPO / DPO military addresses

• PO Boxes

• Remote, isolated, or hard-to-reach areas where standard carriers cannot guarantee delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Certain rural areas of Alaska

  • Islands without standard courier access

  • Locations requiring special charter, boat-only, or air-only delivery services

Orders placed to ineligible or restricted regions will be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Shipping Options, Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently offer Standard Shipping only. Express or expedited shipping options are not available.

Important Notes

• Business Days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 Business Days before shipment. Processing time is separate from transit time.

• No Express Shipping: We do not provide 1–2 day or expedited delivery services at this time.

3. Free Shipping Policy

• Free Standard Shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of $26 or more (before taxes and discounts).

• Orders below $26 are subject to a $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee.

• Free shipping availability is subject to eligible delivery regions only.

4. Customs Duties & Tax Responsibilities

Customs Duties

• Orders shipped within eligible U.S. regions do not incur customs duties or import fees.

• If shipping regions expand in the future, any applicable customs duties or import fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

Sales Tax

• Product prices listed on our website do not include sales tax.

• Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

• Customers are responsible for all applicable sales tax charges.

5. Order Processing & Tracking

• Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days (orders placed after 3:00 PM local time are processed the next Business Day).

• Shipping Confirmation: A tracking email will be sent once your order ships.

• Tracking Availability: Tracking details are usually available within 24–48 hours after shipment.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to reasons such as an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery:

• We will contact you within 3 Business Days to confirm updated shipping details.

• If the issue is caused by customer error, a $4.99 re-shipping fee will apply.

• If the issue is caused by carrier error or our mistake, re-shipping will be provided at no additional cost.
